The Chapter is comprised of members from Northern California coastal counties from the Oregon border on the north to San Luis Obispo County (not inclusive) on the south, and eastward to but not including Siskiyou, Trinity, Tehama, Glenn, Colusa, Yolo counties, Solano County east of a point midway between Vacaville and Fairfield; Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Merced, Fresno, and King counties.
